Time to get moving....

Here's the items I am going to tackle starting ASAP...

13. Complete my 8 week workout program
28. Follow my new meal plan for two weeks with no deviation

It seems any little tiny thing throws me off and I get going and then poof! I have plenty of company coming the next couple of weeks and the boy has his kids this weekend so this weekend I'm on my own and will be getting myself prepped and in gear.

I won't let the slightest change in schedule or sleeping in deter me from sticking to my plan, I won't let social occasions lead me astray from my healthy foods nor will I sit at home like a hermit because this is my lifestyle and I need to learn to manage all situations without falling off the wagon.

So here's to green juice, walking the dogs and starting down the road to super healthy buffdom!

94. Start composting

Well, as luck would have it, some friends of mine had a compost bin that they were not wanting, it had been left by the previous owners of the house they just bought. So when offered, I said absolutely! And here is the lovely now, sitting by the garden beds at the edge of the shed....

It's quite a sad little pile of rubbish in there and I know for certain I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm going to have a go at it and see how it turns out. I felt so bad wasting the loads of fruit and veg scraps I have these days so I started putting them in there straight away.

I have been blocking the entrance there as I have plenty of possums, raccoons and neighborhood critters that wander my backyard (it's almost an acre).

Happy composting!

34. Sell or trade in my current car

Well, got that one squared away first thing this morning! I had gone to look at a car I really wanted yesterday but sure enough someone got there just before me and bought it... it had been on the dealer lot for a few weeks so figured I was safe. Oh well. I test drove a few others that were also candidates although at the top of my price range and finally settled on one and got the deal I was hoping for on my trade.

Out with the old....

In with the new....

Or did I perhaps get that backwards?!?!?! Well, that WAS the point after all really.

#98 Done!

This was an important one to complete as it was to actually finish creating this list :)

I went through my final iteration of the list today and feel pretty good about it. I can do a bit more tweaking like put counts on items that require it ie x/10, etc. to measure individual item progress more closely but will do that as I start getting to things and feel it's needed.

2 down, 99 to go....

Done!

Crap, this thinking of 101 things is quite difficult. And I'm finding that in my desperate attempts to think of things...I have some changes to make...

1 down, 100 to go...

Here goes somethin...

The Mission:
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.

The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on my part).

The home of the 101 in 1001 project, lots of great info, inspiration and ideas Day Zero. You can calculate your end date, create a countdown timer for your site and even post a link to your list as well and see many others there.
